Yoni steam

This class is a fun way for children to be creative while encouraging them to move and stretch their bodies- and squeezing in learning to connect with their breath and relaxation. We use stories, role-play, games, crafts and silliness to create a fun way of exploring yoga and mindfulness for children. We want children to be equipped to look after their mental and physical health so they grow into happy adults.
