When you're new to yoga, it can be hard to know where to start. Don't worry, at Venus Moon Wellness we love yoga newbies, and we offer several classes that serve as a great first step.
Whether you are looking to revitalize your asana or to relax and unwind with meditation, we help students navigate their practice no matter what level they are at—from beginners to those that are more seasoned in their practice. We have a strong commitment to all of our commUNITY members and are dedicated to helping each individual explore, refine, and advance their practice—with both the mind and the body.

How do I sign up for class?You can click the "Get Started NOW" link below to take advantage of our intro offer, head to and choose your plan or visit Yoga page if you'd like to sign up for a single class
What should I wearComfortable clothes you can move in. Leggings, shorts, yoga pants, etc. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot if you don't feel comfortable removing your socks we recommend wearing socks with rubber on the soles (sticky socks)
Which classes are great for beginnersWe have several beginner friendly classes. Yoga Basics is a great class to learn the foundation, Restorative and Aroma flow are very relaxing and therapeutic. All class descriptions can be found on our class descriptions page. If Hatha class fits in your schedule please feel free to come just let the instructor know that you are new to yoga. They will take care of you.
What do I need to bringPlease bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Don't have one? no worries, you can borrow or buy one at the studio. If you sweat a lot bring a towel. The studio has blocks, bolsters, and blankets however if you have any of your own you are welcome to bring them as well.
