Yoga Nidra also known as yogic sleep is as much about awareness as it is about deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is an investment it's 45 minutes for yourself- Mind, Body and Soul

Relax deeply, release stress and restore your “self” in this restorative class. This class will help you to relax and release residual tension while restoring natural balance and harmony in the body. Appropriate for all levels and can be very beneficial for those looking to bring balance and relax.

Aroma Flow

This class checks all the boxes for self care. Enjoy a gentle yoga flow combined with aromatherapy and accompanied by singing bowls..

Hatha

In Hatha practice involves breath, body and mind. You will focus on one breath per movement. & integrating your breath into each pose which will create ease and steadiness within.

Sensual Yoga

Connect with the breath and the body . Experience being present with both. This is a speciatly class

I believe that yoga is for EveryBODY and can be a powerful tool for self-healing, self-realization, and self-care. I'm here to help guide you on your journey to discovering your true potential.

Jennifer believes yoga is an on-going journey. She emphasizes breath with body movement in her classes and encourages her students to connect with themselves on a deeper level. She hope to rekindle strength, love, and joy within her students.

200-hr Unity yoga

Gillian

Gillian's gentle flow yoga class is vinyasa inspired, with her own personal twist.. Gillian likes to take her time and move deliberately savoring each pose with this slower paced class. She loves to incorporate different themes and keep the class lighthearted and fun. She teaches an all levels class that is beginner friendly.

Tiffany

To Tiffany yoga is about rediscovering yourself, Learning from your past, strengthening your present while building your future. "It's not just about the poses it's about you" Her goal is to bring out her students inner strength and hidden power.
