About the event
Come support our future teachers as they step into leadership and share the gift of yoga with our community!
This special Community Yoga Class will be co-led by our incredible YTT students as part of their final practicum. The class is suitable for all levels, offering modifications and gentle guidance as they each take turns leading.
Expect a beautiful blend of presence, growth, and shared energy as the class is divided into three sections:
Opening + Centering
Grounding breath, intention-setting, and a gentle warm-up to arrive in your body.
