Equine Sound Bath + Breathwork

Hidden Valley Horse Rescue & Rehab
Join us for a peaceful afternoon of guided breathwork, a restorative crystal bowl sound bath, and the calming presence of horses. We’ll gather in a two-circle layout designed for comfort and choice:
Inner Circle: A space for those who wish to lie down and fully relax during the sound bath.
Outer Area: Seating for guests who prefer to sit upright, stay closer to the horses, or maintain a little distance if they’re more comfortable observing or quietly walking.
