Empower Your Flower is a sacred group yoni steam ceremony created as a space for women to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their bodies in a traditional and intentional way.

During this ceremony, we practice yoni steaming in its more traditional form using a steaming bowl and herbal infusion. This ancient practice has been held by women across cultures as a way to support uterine health, encourage release, and foster a deeper relationship with the womb.

More than a steam, this gathering is about normalizing conversations around the body, sensuality, and healing—without shame, pressure, or expectation. Together, we create a safe, respectful circle where women can be present with themselves and one another.
