Shifting from Anxiety to Peace

These unique monthly mind-body workshops, each with a distinct theme, offer a once-a-month intentional mind-body practice for grief. They are designed for those seeking to release pain and suffering, which often hide in our system after trauma, loss, and grief.

This workshop offers a safe space for emotional release and exploration. We compassionately use movement, breath, and sound vibrations to transform trauma and grief in the body.

When we care for our bodies through the union of mind, body, and spirit, our pain and suffering can gradually transform into awareness, kindness, and freedom. This workshop is a journey towards healing and transformation.

This workshop is a place of compassion and solace for those in distress and discomfort from loss and grief who are curious about learning ways to care for their body, heart, and mind with self-regulation techniques, movement, breath, sound, and meditation.

Regardless of your physical abilities, this practice is accessible to all. You can sit in a chair or practice from your yoga mat, and most participants will find the sound bath most enjoyable while lying down.

Each workshop will briefly educate and explore ways to support the mind and body through trauma, loss, and grief. The Participants will experience a complete grief movement - yoga and meditation practice to help care for the mind, body, and heart.What to bring:

  1. Mat
  2. Journal and Pen
  3. Photo or momento of someone or something you miss
  4. Water
  5. Eye pillow (optional)
  6. Bolster (limited supplies available)

Grief is unique to everyone and can last a lifetime, a couple of months, or as long as you miss or love who or what you lost. Group grief practices are ways to care for your body and emotional well-being, release what you need, and remember with love.

Early bird pricing is $35.00 up to 7 days before the Workshop, and then it is $45.00 unless otherwise noted.
