Yoga Basics ( Yoga 101) Enjoy a slower paced practice where poses are broken down so you find comfortable, correct positioning for your unique body. This class is a fun and gentle introduction to basic breathing principles with step by step instruction, demonstration and an intro to meditation, Focusing on 12+ basic postures which creates the Sun Salutation. Come to play and maybe even break a sweat. All taught in a comfortable and interactive environment. Great class for all levels. All bodies are welcome
