Hatha Flow involves  breath, body and mind. You will focus on one breath per movement. & integrating your breath into each pose  which will create ease and steadiness within.  This class focuses on flowing from pose to pose while syncing the movement to the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. This class is designed to calm your mind, body and spirit. While this class is all levels it is a faster pace than yoga basics
