It begins with the client relaxing in the spa as the fine salt particles are released into the air. As these particles make their way through the airway, they remove bacteria and other pollutants affecting the respiratory tract. as inflammation and mucus buildup is reduced, lung function is enhanced, and easier breathing ensues.
