We do our best to be prompt however sometimes things happen beyond our control Please allow a few minutes of grace. Make sure the number on file is correct as we will be using that to contact you. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us via email Venusmoonwellness@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to reschedule. There are no refunds on services. Late cancellations ( less than 4 hours prior) and No calls no shows will result in loss of credit, pass or purchase utilized to secure the reservation.
